Who among us could say they have never blamed someone else for their lack of happiness? For most, if not all of us, that simply is a way of life. This morning I was motivated to write this blog because of the continued pain of my own life experience around forgiveness in my family and how essential it has been for me to forgive myself and others over and over again. It literally is a daily reminder I have to give myself to be gentle and compassionate and I encourage all my clients to make this a part of their daily living as well.
