How long are you going to hold on to your anger? How long are you going to keep it festering inside of you, this fire, this inferno of poison and venom? How long can you keep acid in your stomach, in your veins, in your blood and in your mind before it begins to eat away at the very core of you?
“Our souls are an accumulation of the many lives we lived and subsequently reincarnated as aspects of our personality. The future self of those lives existing at this time holds the patterns of our past beliefs. The only difference is that these other lives manifest presently as energy at a mind level that is child-like in its openness to experience. As they seek wisdom and knowledge and yearn for more input, these energies contain memories of the lives they have lived: past, present, and future which is the alchemy of the soul.”
One of the obstacles that blocks our spiritual growth is our inability to see the opportunities that the universe continuously sends us. Most of the time we are afraid to experience what is necessary to get to the core of who we are. We resist the growth and healing that can transform all the old, stagnant energy that wants to return to Source.
Everything in our universe grows. Trees, flowers and every living thing grows in one way or another. Even though we may not realize it, our family and loved ones are always growing, too. We may not want to see it because we’re holding onto who they were in the past. By not letting go of past actions, we do not see them for who they are now, which can actually cause a lot of pain.
We want to create things in our lives, yet we aren’t always sure why we want to create certain things. What we are sure of is that we want certain things like security and a foundation to build upon. So we go through life accumulating a lot of stuff, some of which we don’t need or want anymore, but we hold onto it anyway, to feel like we have a lot.
